I have more than seven years of customer service experience and studied medical courses such as medical terminology, Human Anatomy, and physiology. My responsibilities as a customer service associate has been to assist and help customers when needed by interacting with them over the telephone or in person and also help with online orders, delivery orders, special orders, e-mail, and fax documents. I have also taking the managerial role in handling the cash office, making credit card approvals, handling personal documents, and computer work to satisfy and meet the customer's needs.
Providing my services to anyone in need of help has always been a passion a of mine. During my time at Lowe's Home Improvement I have had the opportunity to work and improve my skills to help people with their needs.
