Responsible for maintaining and improving processes to manufacture ceramic materials and coatings on graphite via Chemical Vapor Deposition/Reaction in high-temperature vacuum furnaces. These materials include Pyrolytic Boron Nitride, Pyrolytic Graphite, and Tantalum Carbide, which are primarily used in the semiconductor industry.
