Creation of Executive reporting for tracking various key targets for store growth for corporate, franchise and non-tradition sites. Creating presentation of the key targets for review by several levels of Executives within the organization. Coordination between departments and group in review, modification and clarification of presentations for site submittal and presentation for final review and approval of Directions, Vice Presidents and President. Management of the administration and renewal of existing real estate contracts and lease abstracting. Project Manager for BROADBAND UPGRADE for 500 +/- retail stores; coordinates Right of Access agreements from Cable Company (LEC) to Landlord for 200 retail stores. Scope included: Phase approach, mass mailings, and data extraction from leases, agreement negotiations and execution, Success rate: 99% in obtaining communications with Landlord and LEC and obtaining executed agreements.

Project Manager PROJECT STOP SIGN for 100+ dealer locations; coordinated Landlord agreements to allow Sprint to remove signage for inactive dealer locations. Scope included: Phase approach, mass mailings, and data extraction from database, agreement execution, Success rate: 75% in obtaining written permission from Landlord for signage removal.
