Job Description : - Engineer in Beneficiation department.

Duration : April-2014 to till date.

Roles and Responsibility:-

Commissioning 6.5 MTPA Beneficiation Plant(Metso).

Stabilizing the Grinding circuit for high grade material with Scrubber, Screen, Ball mill,Cyclone,Thickener and VPA 2040-54.

Adjustment of slurry feed pressure and dry air volume & flow to control moisture and increase the production in Filter .

Handling the plant as a shift incharge.

Feeding of +60% Fe cake and stabilizing pellet plant with good CCS.

Creation of all interlocks for Mill, VPA, Conveyors to control the operation.

Monitoring training & motivating the manpower for accomplishing the desired objective.

Modification in filters to avoid friction between spray bar and rails.

Previous Organization: - Shyam metallics & energy Limited (An ISO 9001 2008 steel plant, with facilities of Iron Ore Beneficiation plant of 1.2 MTPA, Pellet plant.
