Supply Chain Process Engineer

As the lead engineer at the largest Nestlé distribution center in the North America, I led a thorough analysis of the all of the operations using time studies, statistical analysis, and Value Stream Mapping. As a result of this project, the Dekalb Distribution Center is on pace to posted more than $500k in year-over-year labor savings in 2015. In addition to this project and building tools to track the progress of all new process changes, I have completely updated all of the labor efficiencies through extensive time studies and utilization of cross functional teams.
