Cass County, Indiana Prosecutor's Office February 2013 to May 2014
Deputy Prosecutor in charge of Felony level prosecution. Worked closely with members of the Cass County Drug Task Force. Handled a sizable caseload that required responsibilities in both Circuit and Superior Courts.
Contributions:
Responsible for all domestic violence cases as the domestic violence supervisor.

Tippecanoe County, Indiana Prosecutor’s Office January 2008 to April 2011
Lead Deputy Prosecutor at both the Misdemeanor and Felony trial level. Involved with all aspects of criminal prosecution beginning with the filing of criminal charges to resolving the case by way of plea or trial. Met weekly with elected prosecutor to discuss cases and obtain a fair and just resolution as necessitated by individual facts of each case.
Contributions:
Maintained one of the most active caseloads of any felony level Deputy from 2008 through 2009 resulting in more jury trials and convictions than any other Deputy Prosecutor in Tippecanoe County.
Managed several A and B Felony level trials for Attempted Murder, Dealing in Cocaine, Possession of Cocaine, Conspiracy to Commit Dealing in Cocaine, and Aggravated Battery.
Conducted multi-day jury trial involving twenty two (22) counts of Theft and Forgery from elderly individuals requiring extensive discovery process, multiple depositions of victims, and preparation of numerous pieces of videotape evidence.
