PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Delivered end-to-end project management for the development of a customized AFE (approval for expenditure) system built in SharePoint with extensive customizations. Oversaw the initial development and three subsequent full releases. The system comprised a detailed submission form with built in business logic, multiple approval workflows, two-way email communications from user to system, panel reviews, reporting, web based interfaces, and numerous administrative functions.

• A Supply Chain department required a publicly accessible and secure site to manage existing and potential products and service vendors. I lead the team that developed the company’s first externally facing SharePoint site, built in Azure. The site featured secure user access, workflows for vendor data collection and due diligence reviews, and a secure bridge to the internal network. Project required extensive third party vendor management, cross-functional team development, and coordination with the infrastructure team.

• Integrated the CRM and POS systems for a childhood education company by overseeing the development of centralized marketing database. Introduced a household data entity to link the information from both systems. This enabled the company to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and significantly enhanced business intelligence and operational reporting capabilities. SYSTEMS DESIGNER

• Developed a data transformation engine for financial data being received from a newly acquired company. The solution included a robust set of functionality, including filtering data, reporting errors, producing reports, and transferring data between systems.
