Associate Human Resources Manager 2006 – present

Build talent pipeline by leading all recruitment and onboarding activities for professional, maintenance and production positions to ensure plant performance metrics are met.

Develop annual strategic staffing plan for all hiring activity.

Champion Wage Assessment Committee for thirty General Mills North America manufacturing facilities.
