Quality Control Manager

Manage and monitor activities of a team of 10 quality control and site engineers, and inspectors in project’s sites and submittal officers in main office.

Perform internal quality systems audits to determine compliance with accredited quality systems requirements.

Serve as company liaison for all internal and external quality control issues, assessments, complaints, etc.

Follow up/Control all Quality Control issues with CLIENT (USACE)

Reviewing contract documents, Preparing Preconstruction Plans (QC Plan, Submittal Register)

Following up with Cost, Scheduling, Procurement, Design & Contracting Department on preparing required documents and milestones.

Reviewing material data sheet that comply with contract requirement and specification. (ASTM, UFGS, ACI, UL & etc.)

Prepare/Finalizing construction submittals, close out submittal for submission to the CLIENT.

Monitor project closeout process including turnover documentation.

Prepare/Review all invoices, RFI and Correspondence prior passing to the CLIENT.

Tracking & monitor all projects daily progress report.

Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards

Provide technical advice to managerial personnel regarding design & construction.
