Project Manager, BI Business Requirements

The goal of this project was to deliver artifacts for billing software for business support systems for 60 million customers of T-Mobile subscribed to prepaid and postpaid plans. The work concentrated on generation of various canned and customized reports.

Managed a team of ten business analysts gathering requirements for complex billing software development.

Lead requirements gathering, interacting extensively with clients. Solicited requirements, developed business requirements document (BRD) and delivered documentation to the development team.

The project consisted of creating an analytical dashboard for Cisco sales depicting the usage and adoption of devices and technology by the Cisco users (about 100,000). The technology stack used was Hadoop, Tableau, HTML and CSS.

Led and conducted five years of data collection for the Cisco sales team by region and salesperson.

Developed predictive analytics tools to identify laggards (region or salesperson), enabled immediate course correction to achieve target.

Leveraged weekly sales data for different attributes (sales agent, geography, dollar amount expected, date of expected booking, etc.) to analyze and interpret trends in ASIA PAC to predict sales movement and determine optimal resource allocation efficiency.
