Through promotion, became responsible for four additional departments including Estimating, Scheduling, Client Services and Creative Services. • Directed the purchase and seamless integration of $500,000 of state-of-the-art Pre-Press equipment, elevating department to best in class quality.
• Saved over $200,000 annually in the Pre-Press department by analysis, testing and conversion to new consumables.
• Implemented new letter shop procedures, driving error rates down to near zero.
• Led Process Workflow Study in collaboration with a consultant and over 40 employees. Utilized the 5s principals of Kaizen. Results included streamlined and efficient workflows.
