Manpower Planning and Recruitment
Responsible for charting out manpower plans and planning human resource requirements in consultation with Management and HOD of functional & operational areas on pan India basis.
Managing the recruitment life-cycle/sourcing the best talent of national and international, scrutiny of CV, shot listing the candidate, organizing their interviews, conducting tests, negotiation & issuing offer letter to selected candidate and issue appointment letter alongwith job profile to the candidate on joining

Development of sources like placement agencies, job mela, seminar, various portal, etc for best talent, including preparation of agreement with them.

To maintain update salary structure and process salary for pay roll and contract employees of all location.

Process and timely disbursement of annual Bonus, LTA, Medical and Leave Encashment to employee as per company policy.

Performance Management System
Managing performance appraisal process across the levels including performance management system.
Analysis of the KRA’s/KPI with achieved goals
Creating the performance metrics using the balance scorecard approach in consultation with department heads & designing the performance related variables & increments.

Monitor travel desk, and ensure effective travel plans and ticket deals.

Facilities Management
Coordinating with external agencies for negotiating & executing AMCs for maintenance of office infrastructure as well as plan & execute construction, Building renovation, leasing/hiring of Branches, etc.
Managing installation of surveillance system, fire fighting system, equipment, & hydrants including their maintenance and operations. Managing the security office, security beats and mustering in/out procedures.
