Manpower Planning and Recruitment

Responsible for charting out manpower plans and planning human resource requirements in consultation with Management and HOD of functional & operational areas on pan India basis.

Compensation and Benefits

To maintain update salary structure and process salary for pay roll and contract employees of all location.

Revise salary structures of employee as per probationary and yearly appraisals.

Compliance of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc and maintain the records.

Process and timely disbursement of annual Bonus, LTA, Medical and Leave Encashment to employee as per company policy.

Full and final settlement of employee on separation from the originasation.

Performance Management System

Managing performance appraisal process across the levels including performance management system.

Analysis of the KRA’s/KPI with achieved goals

Creating the performance metrics using the balance scorecard approach in consultation with department heads & designing the performance related variables & increments.

Competency mapping based on overall performance and through which identifying high flyers, star performers, critical/near critical persons, key positions holders, Talent pool employees, etc.

Coordinating with the department heads for

Training & Development

Determining training needs of employee through Skill Gap Analysis, Pre & Post Training Evaluation and accordingly preparation of annual training calendar.

HR Generalist

Responsible for reviewing, maintaining updating and implementing policy, rules regulation and preparing yearly budget for HR activities.

Ensuring all the administrative services are effectively rendered including Timesheet Administration, Courier, Housekeeping, Cafeteria, Transport, Company Guest Houses, Printing & Stationery, etc. to enable smooth flow of daily operations.

Procurement of office needs & IT equipment – market survey & negotiation etc.

Monitor travel desk, and ensure effective travel plans and ticket deals.

Appointment of Security Agencies.

Facilities Management

Coordinating with external agencies for negotiating & executing AMCs for maintenance of office infrastructure as well as plan & execute construction, Building renovation, leasing/hiring of Branches, etc.

Managing installation of surveillance system, fire fighting system, equipment, & hydrants including their maintenance and operations. Managing the security office, security beats and mustering in/out procedures.

Ensuring effective maintenance of infrastructure HVAC, Power Systems, AV Equipment, Utilities, Electronic / Electrical Fittings, etc, monitor to meet as per SLA.
