Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group (formerly NYSE: DTG), formerly headquartered in Tulsa, OK, was the holding company for Dollar Rent A Car and Thrifty Car Rental. In November 2012, DTG was acquired by Hertz Global Holdings in a $2.3 billion deal. DTG was a Fortune 1000 company with 1,475 locations worldwide, annual revenue of $1.6 billion, a fleet of 120,000 vehicles and approximately 7,000 employees.
