Environmental, Safety & Health Program Manager, Amazon Fulfillment Center, Chester VA, 2014-Present

Enlisted to improve regulatory performance for world's largest Online Fulfillment Center with more than 4000 employees in Virginia. Evaluate and analyze work environments and develop programs/procedures to mitigate and prevent injuries including delivering training. Report directly to Regional Safety Manager and supervise staff of 13 EHS and Onsite Clinic personnel. Prepare and administer $1.6M annual budget and maintain environmental permits for air, waste, waste water, and storm water.
