Sales and business development and all around go to man to get things done within the branch, planning to return to the type of challenge which is design, engineering, sales, business development, estimating material/labor if required, project management and passing on my vast amount of experience in the Scaffolding, Concrete Forming and Shoring ( over 35 years in the industry) to the company that would elect to put me in a position of negotiating the big deals and to the new sales people wanting to get into this crazy business.. I have done everything from High-rise to parking garages, power plants and bridgework. I can size steel and timber framing for most projects. I know my business and know how to sell and make a deal with the large contractors but most of all I can talk their language. This is the life I have chosen and it is part of my life. I actually wanted to be a Architect.

Handled all rentals and sales/ business development of the power swing stage division for the Miami/Dade area primarily for the high-rise new and renovation projects. Retain and seek out new/old customers that were lost over the years because of the lack of exposure in the territory. Promote our product within the industry with someone that actually knew how to design, engineer and instruct field personnel on the correct procedures of the erection of the equipment according to OSHA. July 2013 to March 2014 Medical leave

To compound matter every worse I had developed a blood and bone infection in my left hip and has laid me up from July 2013 to March of 2014 which included (2) two major surgeries to my hip and rehab for many months. NOW I am fully recovered and ready to get back into the work force once again and I can tell you at this point I am full of energy, ambition, excitement and feel sorry for the person that runs up against me as far as selling in the field of scaffolding, forming and shoring. I know my product and pretty much all of the related products out on the market and I know my business and the mindset of the customers, so if you are looking for someone who has many years of experience and the knowledge to get the job done, I am the person that you may indeed want to talk to and put on your team.
