Manage Quality Assurance Department with 15 Subordinates.

Responsible for establishing, implementing, and directing quality assurance efforts to ensure that required compliance for processing facility production conform to engineering specifications, quality standards and exceed customer expectations. Maintain the quality procedures / documentation and retains appropriate records of the QA system. Oversee lab testing and calibration of tools throughout the facility. Through subordinates, supervisors and professional staff, establish and maintain quality assurance standards, procedures, and controls.
