Primary point of contact for project for all parties: contractor, project managers, program managers, customer and crews.

Act as a conduit and consultant for Service Providers in areas such as logistics, technical know-how, quality and billable scopes and change orders. As well as managing customer relationships.

Special Projects Coordinator–General Dynamics, New York/New Jersey and Georgia 2008-2010

Coordinate special projects for AT&T such as TDMA decommissioning.

Responsibilities include but not limited to making sure our RF teams successfully decommission power, RF, alarms, and all other connections from cabinets. Then integrate them seamlessly into existing GSM technology to ensure no generated alarms at completion. Then have our T-1 teams electronically rewire GSM cabinets to have the ability to call emergency services (E911). Assistant General Foreman (Project Coordinator)–Bechtel Construction, Miami FL 2006-2007

Completed site audits. To include taking pictures, verifying existing equipment as well as the placement and integration of new equipment.

Responsible for budget and site walk on each site. As well as keeping up with the competing matrixes on the daily tracker, materials used vs time vs man hours’ vs progress minus projected end date and budget.

Responsible for ordering materials and tools shopping for best price and quality. Coordinating with the warehouse, to make sure shipments do not exceed capacity also with client to make sure any final changes are red line before the BOM is ordered.

Responsible for finding Eco friendly ways to dispose of refuse or excesses, as well as managing our recycle contracts with Waste Management.

Responsible for integration of new RBS/ LSC equipment (Lucent, Nokia, Ericsson models).

Design drawing verification and As-Built drawing generation. Interface with design engineering to correct design base problems and implement corrective action.
