Completed site audits. To include taking pictures, verifying existing equipment as well as the placement and integration of new equipment.
Responsible for budget and site walk on each site. As well as keeping up with the competing matrixes on the daily tracker, materials used vs time vs man hours’ vs progress minus projected end date and budget.
Responsible for ordering materials and tools shopping for best price and quality. Coordinating with the warehouse, to make sure shipments do not exceed capacity also with client to make sure any final changes are red line before the BOM is ordered.
Responsible for finding Eco friendly ways to dispose of refuse or excesses, as well as managing our recycle contracts with Waste Management.
