• Ensures all aspects of planning, scheduling, organizing, managing, evaluating and assessing performance of the assigned BESF personnel under the Task Order.

• Ensures that SOC provided personnel selected for BESF supervisory leadership positions and labor categories are executing their responsibilities efficiently and effectively. Items of primary concern include assessing the job performance of the BESF supervisory leadership and ensuring proper behavior of all SOC provided personnel, whether on or off duty.

• Ensures that the BESF personnel training is comprehensive, timely and effective in support of their job requirements.

• Serves as a local point of contact to the Regional Security Office (RSO) and Department of State (DOS), Baghdad, for security issues and security requirements, personnel and training issues and requirements for the BESF.

• Provides briefings to Corporate and DOS personnel on the mission, objectives and requirements for the BESF Program.

• Ensures that the behavior of the BESF personnel reflects favorably on the US Government and The United States Embassy, Baghdad, and is viewed favorably and professionally by the Iraqi Government. Executive Vice President

• Created and formalized new M2-university partnership with The Ohio State University for R&D projects to support the government sponsor.

M2 TECHNOLOGIES, INC - April 2006 to May 2009

Managed and directed activities and functions related to personnel, operations, facilities, logistic support and administration. Participated in developing a long-range strategy and measurable milestones to ensure achievement of mission goals. Provided facilities management and logistics support to business offices, warehouse, and storage facilities, and equipment supporting R&D efforts. • Procured Congressional follow-on R&D funding of $13 million for multiple projects at the University of Kentucky and Kansas State University.

Director of Cooperative Research

M2 TECHNOLOGIES, INC - Kansas, KY - October 2001 to April 2006 Managed R&D efforts conducted at the University of Kentucky and Kansas State University. Provided oversight to 35 M2 employees, 25 University of Kentucky personnel, and 90 Kansas State University personnel.
