Test And Diagnostics Manager
Role: Technical Analyst and Developer
Overview: Test and Diagnostics Manager Application helps Telstra field workers and customer care executives to detect the faulty conditions in the subscriber environment and provide subscribers with simple, automated diagnostic, repair and management options. T&DM acts as a common platform for DSL service assurance testing and diagnosis.
Responsibilities:
Requirement analysis based on business use-case scenarios gathered from various customers, preparation of HLD, LLD and review of test cases.
Actively involved in Coding, Testing, Implementing the business logic as per the client requirement.
Responsible for Code reviews, Technical support to team, Deployment related activities.
As a team lead, responsibilities included handling seven team members, stand up call, technical support to team members.
Development of SOAP web service for the interaction with downstream systems and Restful API to interface with upstream system
