PLANNING AND EFFECTING & PREDICTIVE AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various instruments to increase machine uptime & equipment reliability.

Implementing maintenance schedules and carrying out periodic checks to ensure performance of various instruments and maintaining requisite documents for the same.

Identifying areas of bottlenecks / breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of trouble shooting tools like root cause analysis by analyzing DCS logic, history trends, events & alarms.

Installing and commissioning as well as conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of plant & utilities; planning and effectuating maintenance schedules for instruments or system.
