Take responsibilities of Checking GA & Fabrication Drawings, Mechanical design calculations like Pressure Part Calculations (Tube Thickness, Hydro test Pressure, Flange rating), Tube Support Design Calculation.

Take responsibility of making proposals for Fired heater. I have covered wide range of Fired heaters like Hot oil heater, Crude, Vacuum, Reactor, Platformers & different other types of heaters.

Making MR (Material Requisition), PO (Purchase Order) & preparing the Project schedule.

Take responsibilities of floating RFQs and negotiate for best price. After getting quotations, analyse technical & commercial aspect.

Knowledge of API-560, API-530, ASME B31.3, ASME 16.5, ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1,Pressure Vessel Design Handbook used for designing of Piping and Fired heaters in oil and gas industries.

Since January, 2013 working in AG Furnace Improvement Pvt. Ltd. (AGFIS), New Delhi as Mechanical Engineer (Fired Heater). AG FURNACE IMPROVEMENTS is a full service engineering and consulting company dedicated to improving the performance of existing fired heaters, reformers, heat exchangers & boilers and building new better furnaces for more than 20 years.
