Act as liaison between client (General Mills) and supplier to administer contingent worker hiring process while ensuring client satisfaction. Facilitate all aspects of the contingent labor hiring process for General Mills.
Manage General Mills worksites in 19 different states across the US (with a headcount of roughly 2700).
Develop relationships with client users across the business (Hiring managers, finance, HR).
Work with hiring managers in assigned client departments or locations to garner a thorough understanding of the job requirements to ensure creation of validated job postings.
Responsible for manager and supplier training on all VMS processes, as well as enforcing General Mills/Bartech program policies and procedures.
Requisition management, rate negotiation, and time sheet management.
Manage cost allocations to suppliers, to ensure reimbursement is distributed for background fees, and misc. invoices.
Screening of resumes for skills, availability, and rate match (shortlisting candidates).
Oversee the on-boarding process from start to finish.
Record and conduct training sessions in WebEx for both managers and suppliers to assist with navigating the Fieldglass system.
Run weekly reports to ensure worker headcount is accurate, workers are within tenure limits, work orders are extended or closed, and to ensure time sheets are approved on time for all workers.
Utilize VMS application (Fieldglass) to facilitate and manage the end to end contingent labor process; managing all contingent worker hires, and terminations.
