Nature of work :
To Prepare the stage Drawing for Developing components using AutoCAD 2011
To Design the Forging part (NEW DEVELOPMENT) based on Customer drawing and make the quotation for enquiry.
To Design the Forging part (NEW DEVELOPMENT) based on Customer drawing with Customer specified requirements (CUSTOMER MACHINING DRG –FORGING DGR).
Design & Develop the new tool & Dies Drawings with dimensions and tolerance using by AutoCAD 2011 & UG (NX CAD).
Make the quotation for New Enquires & prepare the costing of product, communicate with customer regarding new development
To prepare the Fixture & gauge design,
Involving VENDOR DEVELOPMENTS activities for Tool & Dies mfgrs for forging & fine blanking tools.
Calculate the Input weight & prepare the BOM, Routing of new developing forging part & Fine blanking sprockets & Chain plates process.
Preparation of PPAP(Production Part Approval Process),
APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning),
FMEA (Failure Mode Effective Analysis) & Control Plan.
SPC (Statistical Process Control).
Submit the new developed product Sample and get the PSW.
Preparing the all the TOOL ROOM & PED ISO/TS16949 Documents.
ECR &ECN updating.
PED:
Make the timing plan of new project
Collect the inputs details from customer (Product Information data)
To conduct the feasibility review along with CFT Team.
Make the project-machine & equipment requirements details & Capacity requirement planning.
Conduct the meeting with CFT (Cross functional team) for every review date as per timing plan.
Make the Project report and get the permission from top management
Doing the project implementation activities as per Requirements based on timing plan.
Submit the samples & get the sample approval from customer
As per customer requirements submit the PPAP lot along with PSW supporting documents.
SAP:
1.I know PP(Production planning)-Module how to create the material code and BOM, Routing, Rate updating, Service order creation, job order creation.
2.I have knowledge about MM(Material management)-Module.
