Supervisor – Magna Mirrors Holland, MI October. 2013 – Present

● Responsible for all 3rd shift plant operations and oversight of 70-85 team members within Tier 1 automotive glass manufacturing, production assembly, and packaging facility.

● Primary daily job functions and focus include production schedule attainment, management of production and scrap yields, staffing alignment, maintaining TS quality standards, strategic planning, training, project management,100 % on time delivery, component logistics tracking, correspondence across all levels, lean processes, continuous improvement,5’s activities, lead daily war room team meetings and presentations. First Aid certification was required.

● Human resource activities include scheduling, payroll, developing and presenting annual performance reviews and development plans, recording incident reports, disciplinary administration, and posting daily performance reports.

Production Supervisor - Ranir Manufacturing LLC Kentwood, MI March. 2011- October. 2013

● Responsible for all 2nd shift operations in the private label dental product production and packaging departments. Oversight of 25-35 employees was expected.

Daily responsibilities include strategic planning, staff management, project management, inventory management, basic equipment repair, quality, safety regulatory compliance audits, maintaining ISO, FDA, and 5’s standards. Clean room sanitation and integrity was critical.

● Supported implementation of lot quality control process system, AX software/hardware transition, championed continuous improvements programs, lean manufacturing strategies, helped revise many of the general production safety procedures and processes.
