Successfully completed one Six Sigma project, this project is related to optimization and increase of felt life time in Press Section at Paper Machine. The average life time of these Press Felts were increased 20%.

Successfully designed and implemented “Quality Management Module” in SAP, as a result improved accuracy in information and increased efficiency in reports.

Responsible on research carry out minimization of fiber losses doing the actual processes. Resulting in a %30 successful fiber saving.

Carry out research on raw material to increase the productivity.

Research on retention processes in order to increase paper formation and drainage in paper machine.

Carry out trial production test on new material under laboratory condition and report the outcome to the product manager.

Research on process control and prevent the loss of material during the production.

Coordinate activities to fulfill Total Quality Management and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in the factory.

Development Manager - Foods Hygiene Systems

Developed 15 special hygiene products including laboratory studies for food production and packaging companies. Implemented sales strategy with the resulting of 20% sales increase.

Established HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) systems for production and warehousing processes of Premiere’s customers and gave continuos consultancy to them.

Developed and launched a new disinfection and hygiene product group including formulation and laboratory studies for hospitals.

Developed antibacterial hand-wash products including laboratory studies for personal care category.

Developed tailor-made products for special customers and trained sales team of the customers. Performed product demo for key accounts with sales team.

Re-engineered the products including laboratory and market researches to increase the product performance in the competition.

Led the conversion of some disinfectant and odour cleaner products in the obsolete stocks into ‘Oil remover and general purpose cleaners’ that are highly demanding products in the market. As a result a successful working capital management was performed and new product group was launched.

Developed Pasteurisation and Sterilisation techniques in “Milk and Foods Industry” to define optimum process timing and temperature with no vitamins and nutrition losses. During the research UHT (Ultra High Temperature) technique and PC based mathematical modelling which is IMC (Internal Model Control) process control method were used.

Researched HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) systems for production and warehousing processes in Foods Industries especially Milk and Soft-drink products.
