1.Mar 2014 to till Date: Employed with Ms. Mridul International Pvt.Ltd.as a Sr. Merchandiser.The company is a well recognized and a established export house of Home Textile made ups.The company has three factories in Noida and works closely with more than 150 top retailers across the globe.

2. Jun 2012 to Feb 2014 – Worked as Manager Merchandising-Home Textiles with The Goodearth Company- A Unit of Eicher Goodearth Pvt.Ltd. The company is into high end Luxury Retailing. Handled a team of 6 members .Ensured that each member is taken care well by designating proper task so that the task is accomplished in time.

Major responsibility included Product Training and Development to the Frontline Sales staff and Vendor Management for all outright purchases of the company.Retail being very dyanamic demanded very close monitoring of sales and stock so that a proper inventory level was maintained across all stores and replenishments were done in time inorder to avoid stock-out / sales loss to the company.
