Initiate the SID Deviation and Risk Assessment process per Attachment 1 when needed.

Issue reports detailed in Section 6.0 to support non-conformance resolution in the module yard and turnover of modules to site.

Communicate HFE non-conformances within the Module Yard, to the other Module Yards, Site and Project HFE Specialists to implement lessons learned and spread awareness of common non-conformances. The BOLO is one method of communicating this. Refer to Attachment 2 for an example of a BOLO.

Raise HFE concerns through the MYHFET, CSHFET and PHFET and coordinate resolution for closure of HFE issues.

Coordinate with RFEs to close HFE non-conformances and ensure project HFE standards are understood and implemented.

Liaise with AFEs and RFEs as needed to close non-conformance reports and field change documents related to HFE non-conformances.

Liaise with Project HFE Specialists to ensure compliance and proper interpretation of Australian, Project HFE and SID standards.
