Our team would then come up with a plan to overcome these problems, and implement the solution. I started with WM handling new acquisitions. I developed an automated system of automatically transferring financial information from an outside company to the WM financial system. At this position I also developed the budget package for the entire North East US using only Microsoft Excel. This budget was capable of reporting ad-hoc financial data on a district, region, or area basis. I also trained other employees on using MS Excel, and maintained the office network and computers.
