Roles & Responsibilities:

Configured & maintained various HP Servers like 785, 360, 980, 8640, 3600.

Handling antivirus Server and Reverse Proxy Server.

Monitoring Critical Parameters for the Data Centre devices like – Uptime, CPU Utilization, Packet Drops, Hardware Failures, and Interface Status.

Taking Backup of Network device on Tape Library, using HP Data Protector.

Responsible for status reporting and first level troubleshooting of various server.

Responsible for timely escalation of issues to L3 Network to our Project Manager. Preparation for Utilization report of link on daily basis & Network Uptime report monthly.

Tracking and Co-ordination with Mumbai DC Team for all incidents & problems till resolution.

Monitoring Data Centre Networks and server using HP open view application Management Tools.

Work on ticket no. on system management tool.
