SUMMARY
A competent Production Engineer with excellent communication, organization and co-ordination skills. Also charged with overseeing the daily operation of wells, including constant monitoring of well performance, planning, and supervising operations to maximize recovery and optimizing artificial-lift and pipe flow systems. WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Organization : Oilex Ltd, Cambay
Designation : Production Engineer
Duration : June 2014 to March 2016
Responsible as Production Engineer for Oilex Limited:-
Daily Inspection of each plant/ utilities/ well head pressure temperature data, gas flow rate and check fluid level hourly. Periodically check the healthiness of safety valve. Also prepares Daily production report and Daily maintenance Report circulate to higher authority.
Independently adjust flowrate in accordance to Reservoir Engineer, direction.
Independently checking plant/well head/ utilities check of safety valve and switches (level and pressure), inspection of gas leaks and updating ATR as per company norms and regulation.
Supervised entire well testing operation from site preparation, commissioning, well testing, and decommissioning with preparation End of well report.
Full conversant with Permit to work and signed as Area authority for keeping work place safe with Good housekeeping
Take echo- level survey periodically to enhance production.
Evaluate Well Integrity issue, Well problems, Artificial Lift Efficiency and Artificial Lift maintenance and other Well activities.
Providing technical assistance to production operations.
Planning and execution and Supervision of rig less ( wire line logging ) Well services operations such as Gas Compressor, Steam injection, Water/brine pumping, Slick line Operations etc.
Repair and maintenance of the Well head, Christmas tree and other equipment.
Preparation of various report for well enhancement and increase production by suggesting them type of workover operation required.
Preparation of workover program documents as per as recommendation by higher authority.
Review of PFD, P&ID and ISO for project documents.
Supervising Operating and Maintaining 1MMSCFD gas plant.
Active Participation in entire Project Phase and prepared various document like SOP, SMP, ITR, pre-commissioning and commissioning.
Preparing Daily Production Report, Daily Progress Report (Project), Daily Workover Report and Work over Plan for different wells.
Prepared Well Completion report and End of Testing Report.
Analyze, interpret, and optimize the performance of individual wells.
Identify wells for production and ultimate recovery of producing properties through optimum operational procedures.
Site Engineer during Hydraulic Fracturing Operation.
Coordinate all phases of well completion and well testing.
Providing Technical Support to the Project team.
Expertise in the review and optimization of existing production facilities.

Conducting regular site safety inspections, highlighting critical observations and preparing HSE performance reports for Management review.

UV installation at Thumbli: Installation and commissioning of UV system and panel for the SRB treatment and replacing earlier chemical dosing. In January, 2012 test was conducted on small scale.

FURNACE: Frequent diversion of furnace from cracking to decoking and vice versa. Handling emergency condition (SD1 and SD2) and troubleshooting of the plant.
CONENSATE POLISHING UNIT: Weekly treatment of boiler feed water. With various steps involved in cation and mixed bed and to ensure proper working of beds.
OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITY: Worked efficiently during annual plant shut down and furnace shut down. Handling over 1000 instruments and check there working conditions
