Design of a Brake shoe and disc brake rotors.

Client: Robert Bosch, Singapore (http://www.bosch.com.sg) Software Used: CatiaV5, AutoCAD.

Project: Did the design of disc brake pads and disc brake plate rotors according to the client requirements and provided the drawings in AutoCAD format. Casting metals, sheet metals and rubber was involved which provided the exposure required in metal design. This was for preparing rendered images for manual purposes.

Title Automatic Optimization of Suspension Parameters – Jaguar XF Description

The project aimed to fully define optimum spring and damper rates in a vehicle suspension for stable handling and optimum ride quality from a handling model. The objectives included reviewing existing ride model and to draw out conclusions as to viability and usefulness of automatic vehicle behaviour optimization.
