Plant / Production Supervisor, Toothpaste Plant (April 2008 to the present)

Lead the Guatemala plant to guarantee sustainable improvement in annual plant performance coming from 56% AU by 2009, 58% 2010, 66% 2011, 67% 2012, 70.4% 2013, 68.51% 2014, 70.5% 2015, 73.1% AU by 2016 YTD through monitoring and supporting activities such as planned maintenance and autonomous maintenance, continuous improvement, change over reductions, schedule adherence production in all manufacturing areas

Lead Guatemala plant to be in fourth place worldwide in the category of Oral Care in Asset Utilization Performance, also being in the quadrant best in class by 2016. Have a cycle time indicator less than 12 days, the best in the world in the category of Toothpaste by 2013 to 2016

Conducted and implemented the corporate arc flash hazard standard for the entire Guatemala facility, establishing levels of protection for electrical tasks in all areas of the company

• Local expert in PM-SAP 2004 module (Preventive Maintenance)

• Lead sustainable improvement of OEE from 81% to 84 % in 2004, through the support of autonomous groups and TPM for all productive equipment in toothbrushes plant

• Developed and implemented the PM-SAP program for all the equipments in the toothbrushes plant, through the coordination of labor and spare parts according to the preventive plan, generating work orders and routine prevention tasks to all lines

• Ordered and maintained spare parts inventory for manufacturing toothbrushes equipments

Plant Engineer Soaps Plant (April 2001 - October 2002)

• Coordinated the TPM program in the Department of Soaps, PM - SAP, TPM training, change overs, visual work place, continuous improvement

• Organized the continuous improvement for the soaps plant facilities, equipments, including pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, refrigeration and water systems
