>Lead and developed the timeline for a complete control system conversion from an older DCS system to newer electronic control systems.

>Established manpower and equipment requirements, specified and ordered materials and developed weekly schedules and charts to ensure production efficiency.
>Developed, initiated, and instructed a multi level apprenticeship training program that provided accurate compensation to employees for the skills they offered.
