Evaluate patients' physical and mental disabilities to determine realistic rehabilitation goals.

Implement programs and activities to help patients learn work or school skills and adjust interventions to handicaps within limits of their mental or physical capabilities.

Design and create, special supplies and equipment, such as splints, braces, and computer-aided adaptive equipment. Instruct patients as well as care and wear of adaptive equipment.
