Responsible for testing the applications for the Individual Master File System Acceptance Testing (IMF SAT). My responsibilities included reviewing requirements and test data, developing test cases, reviewing outputs, opening trouble tickets. Supporting the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Customer Account Data Engine (CADE 2) System which will provide the IRS with the capability to manage its tax accounts in a way that is central to the achievement of the IRS' modernization vision. My responsibilities include reviewing requirements, developing and executing test cases on Rational Quality Management (RQM) and reviewing IBM input files for test data. Also, using SQL for reviewing the DB2 database for test results.
Previously, supported the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Enterprise Systems Testing Domain, part of a team that consists of IRS employees and contractors as a tester. My responsibilities included reviewing requirements and test data, developing test cases, reviewing outputs and processing Weekly and Daily batch jobs for the Financial Management Information System (FMIS). Task Lead on the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) System Acceptance Testing (SAT) for the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Determination System (EDS)/Application Control Systems. Responsible for System Documentation, created Test Data, tested software, prepared Weekly Task Status Reports for SAIC /IRS (SAT) Management and participated in Weekly Status Meeting with SAIC/IRS (SAT) Management. Also, assisted in providing information for SAT’s Test Plan. Created Predetermined Results, tracked problems and provided information for the End of Test Status Report in a CMM Level 3 environment.
Assistant End-to-End Process Testing Coordinator As Test Coordinator for the IRS Y2K Testing, was responsible for communicating the goals and objectives of the TIPPS project to the testing analysts, tracked progress and communicated results to SAIC and IRS project management. Specific functions entailed periodic meeting attendance, preparing management reports, and day-to-day guidance and oversight of approximately 8 test analysts. Additionally, was the test analyst directly responsible for the research and review of system documentation including Test Plans, Test Cases and Procedures for the Y2K testing on the IBM, Unisys and PC Systems. In support of implementing new software releases, responsibilities included: planning, analyzing, designing, developing, testing of software and documentation. Other maintenance activities included: database/table changes, ad-hoc reports and maintaining existing software. The PBS system provides on-line retrieval capabilities for GSA's central office and eleven regions. Software systems included PC/Infonet communication and emulation software, Windows, Lotus 123, Microsoft Office and Novell. As Assistant Project Manager, prepared monthly status reports, conducted invoice reconciliation, reviewed and signed time cards, conducted weekly status meetings and interviewed personnel for potential employment.

Software systems included Datapoint RMS, Databus, COBOL, Windows, PC/Datapoint communications and emulation software, and associated utilities. Developed and demonstrated the Datapoint RMS/Databus to DOS DB/C conversion applications on the Novell Network.

Responsible for the technical and administrative management of a 23 person project providing a diverse range of support, including the implementation of a Program Budget Execution and Review System, to the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Washington Headquarters Services (OSD/WHS). Responsible for preparing monthly status reports, executive briefings, project plans, and proposal development. Responsible for the design and implementation of a sophisticated procurement tracking and inventory management system. The system provided online status information of over 9,000 transactions per year, in addition to maintaining an inventory of 50,000 nonexpendable items on the DATAPOINT 6600.
Programmer/Analyst. Technical supervisor of a five person programming team. Designed, developed, tested, documented, and provided training on an automated inventory system for the Directorate of Computer and Office Automation Resources, OSD/WHS and the Office of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (OJCS). Also, prepared a requirements analysis document for the Court of Military Appeals on the Wang VS.
