Key Accomplishments:

Negotiated an acquisition in the state of Texas for a client in and to an oil and gas prospect (drilling program in the Austin Chalk – Buda and Eagleford formations) wherein the client was guaranteed an 18 month payout. Also worked the Permian Basin in unitized areas where secondary recovery operations have already been conducted. Also negotiated for clients who are participating in the drilling of wells in the Permian Basin (target formations being the Delaware, Wolfcamp and Spraberry).

Established financing for, negotiated, drafted and finalized Joint Venture Agreement(s), Joint Operating Agreement(s), Areas of Mutual Interest Agreement for the drilling of a multi-million dollar multi-well drilling venture located in the states of Texas, Kansas and Kentucky.
