Role and Responsibilities:

Create customer data and provide appropriate resolution for the issues faced during analysis of data in SQL Database.

Test and verify User generated customer data on Siebel.

Create and update Requirement Traceability Matrix document.

Create manual Test cases and execute them.

Take builds for customer data and deployment in appropriate environment.

Create XML’s to incorporate customer data and fire XML’s into suitable environment using Altova XML Spy tool.

Train resources about all the work process in the project.

Project #2: Nov 2012 to May 2013

Client: Department for Work and Pensions DWP, UK.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Analyse client’s requirement and propose them solutions through various approaches.

Create and execute Manual and Automation test cases. Automation Test cases were created and executed on Worksoft Certify tool.

Assign daily task to team members and send status to client at EOD.

Analyse new applications to be automated and decide which automations tool would apt for better efficiency and quality deliverables.

Create and provide Proof of Concept (POC) to present our approach to meet client’s requirements.

Provide KT to team members on different tools and applications and equally assisted them to resolve issues/queries for completion of task and meet the delivery timelines.

Reusable Assets/Tools Developed

NINO Creation for HNPS client

This tool is built using VB and deals with creation of NINO’s (National Insurance Number) and associate suitable pension plans to the respective NINO’s automatically.

Saves manual effort in creation of NINO’s and referring to other documents in order to associate suitable pension plans.

The tool has been accepted and approved by HNPS client and is being used in project.

Validation of Medical Reports with the data entered by user

This tool is built using VB and it validates medical reports generated by Development team with the data entered by Tester to cross-check if the medical report meets the requirement provided by client.

This asset saves manual effort in validation of reports resulting in efficiency improvement and eliminating chances of any human error.

This asset is under the process of approval by client.

Creation of New Asset Sign-Off Record

This asset is developed using the automation tool UFT and it automatically creates NAS records in Rational ClearQuest – SDT for the Test Cases/Test Scripts/Test Execution created in RQM.

This asset saves manual effort in creation of NAS records resulting in efficiency improvement and eliminating chances of any human error.

This asset is under the process of approval by client

Automation of Data Creation for SAP scripts

Automated the process of creating data for End to End process in SAP Supply Chain module.

These data creation scripts were developed to reduce dependability on SAP functional team.

Bachelor of Engineering – Electronics and Telecommunication with 69% (First class) from Thakur College of Engineering and Technology, Mumbai in 2012.
