Project Description:

This project is targeted to the concept called easy and smart home applications, specifically the system related to House door entry. Where the user can talk, see the video (video streaming) by remotely with any visitor who comes to his home door. Even remotely he can open the door, switch on the door light.

This system is intended to provide the much needed mobility for IP DES systems. This system offers the flexibility to use mobile device or tablet to respond to door calls, including audio, video and control.

The mobile device’s native client sends request to the Control Server by using HTTP (S) protocol for control functions of the device. For audio streaming, native client uses TCP or UDP. The video streaming is based on HTTP (S) protocol for streaming (proprietary streaming server logic at control server).

The Control Server relies on in-memory JVM calls for database communication. For complex deployments, the database could be externalized in which case the communication is based on TCP.

The Control Server interacts with the IP DES device by using TCP and UDP protocol. The audio streaming will be established between DES device and mobile client.

Project Description:

GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) is a satellite system that is used to pinpoint the geographic location of a user's receiver anywhere in the world. Each of the GNSS systems employs a constellation of orbiting satellites working in conjunction with a network of ground stations. Satellite Navigation mainly results in improving the safety and efficiency for commercial aviation. Satellite-based navigation systems use a version of triangulation to locate the aircraft, through calculations involving information from a number of satellites.

Unfortunately, several well-known shortcomings of the Global Positioning System (GPS) have impeded the civil aviation applications of satellite navigation. It is generally accepted that GPS requires some form of augmentation in order to meet the civil aviation requirements, particularly in the area of system integrity. Augmentation of a Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) is a method of improving the navigation system's attributes, such as accuracy, reliability, and availability, through the integration of external information into the calculation process.

Project Description:

“rtSAC Playback” project is primarily designed for mobile applications. The aim of the project is to provide real-time playing of media objects to the remote mobile subscriber using any existent wireless protocol stack (Bluetooth.)

The mobile subscriber can listen to media files existing on other mobile device without downloading. The “rtSACPlayback” ensures real-time transfer and playback of media objects. Using “rtSACPlayback” it is possible to share your media objects like the files shared on normal networks.

The advantage is to bridge the gap between low-end and high-end multimedia mobile subscribers. Using existent wireless protocol stack makes the sharing of media files easy and it does not involve any cost factor.

So “rtSACPlayback” can be used as an add-on feature for the supported mobile architectures.

In many data communication applications, a need arises to do conversion of protocols from one format to another. In this project, we will develop software that takes Ethernet Packets and converts them into serial packets for sending over an RS232 link. Though the software is developed on a desktop computer; it is written in such a way that we can Port it on an embedded system. The implementation details of network programming to capture Ethernet Frames, conversion to serial packets and assembling the file. Ethernet standard specifies the physical layer and data link layer standards to convert devises in a local area network.

Project Name : Network Monitoring System

This system is designed to monitor the network performance, display the live hosts in the network with their IP addresses and sniffing the network data packets. Network Monitoring System is based on client-server architecture. Server process has to be installed on all the machines connected to LAN so he the client application can get required system based information from particular server application running in particular system. By suing the client application administrator can connect to he server of particular system and get the information about that system. The main advantage of he system is remotely administrator can get the information of all the system.

For establishing communication between server and client the Berkley Socket interface and TCP/IP is used. The sniffing system is designed to sniff the packets of the network and display it, so that the administrator can troubleshoot the system if any errors, and check the traffic in the network.

Project Name : Sync pulse generation for display in RADAR Systems

An interface board between RADAR and display unit to generate Sync pulses that are used to view enemy targets. Since the antenna will detect the signals, which is in analog form. And consists sine and cosine terms, hence this interface board converts these analog Signals into equivalent digital form using 87c51mc. And in turn generates sync. Pulses those are useful in display unit. This Interface board consists of ADC, LATCHES, 87c51 & other Electronics components.
