Leadership Experience

•Responsible for interviewing candidates for current job openings, providing the necessary training in order to ensure the employee is successful, completing quarterly and annual performance reviews and documenting corrective action up to and including termination.

•Responsible for scheduling and updating calendars in order to meet the customer’s needs.

•Responsible for generating growth in balances through the sale, marketing, promotion and referral of products utilizing a proactive and disciplined approach.

•Compiled, analyzed and reported weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual budget statistics

•Conduct outside sales efforts commensurate with market opportunity to generate new business partnerships, while also maintaining and expanding existing consumer and business banking relationships.

•Analyzed loan applications of different applicants and explained to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.

•Sold and marketed mortgage and loan products, including qualifying complementary service packages and insurance policies and products.

• Completed and analyzed internal and external financial reports and maintained the financial tracking system.

• Ensures compliance with applicable Company policies and procedures, laws and regulations.

• Initiates telephone calls, composes letters, and collects information regarding delinquent accounts.

• Applies and maintains a broad knowledge of principles, practices, procedures and governmental regulations as it pertains to the field of specialty.

• Actively generates referral business to help maintain Company goals and participates in special recruiting promotional activities.
