Leadership Experience

•Responsible for interviewing candidates for current job openings, providing the necessary training in order to ensure the employee is successful, completing quarterly and annual performance reviews and documenting corrective action up to and including termination.

•Responsible for generating growth in balances through the sale, marketing, promotion and referral of products utilizing a proactive and disciplined approach.

•Sold and marketed mortgage and loan products, including qualifying complementary service packages and insurance policies and products.
• Completed and analyzed internal and external financial reports and maintained the financial tracking system.

• Initiates telephone calls, composes letters, and collects information regarding delinquent accounts.
