Goal

To obtain a remote part-time position utilizing my 2016 CPC certification. Work History

Blue Cross Blue Shields/First Coast Service Options, Inc. Hire date 10/11/1982 through August 18, 2015. I began as a claims examiner;and progressed to reviewing claims against the documentation for validation. My various positions added to my understanding of claims processing and enabled me to develop good verbal and written communication skills. I was also responsible for capturing and recording information on the reviews performed by the team. Qualifications

CPC certificatin obatined July 2004 and maintained. Obtained my ICD10 certification. Extensive experience with claims/requirements and review Experience with analyzing Utilization Parameters

Extensive ICD 9 experience

Familier with physician billing and coding, office services or surgical procedures. Knowledge of LCD and NCDs (final and draft)
