OVERALL SCOPE OF WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To supervise the safe, injury and damage free unloading of all equipment from multiple semi-trailers. Depending upon size of job, this would require supervising 2 to 15 Labor Ready staff. The majority of the work was to assemble and install the metal casework, stainless steel and/or Corian countertops, lighting and other pieces of sophisticated dental equipment. During this process I worked with multiple trades such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
As a lead installer, safety representative, I worked closely with contractors, facility managers and safety directors. I attended all safety meetings and did my team’s Job Safety Analysis (JSA). I conducted tail gate safety meetings and educated crew members on best practice to safely perform tasks that had a potential for an adverse health outcome.

Safety responsibility to include 300 + tradesmen on a multitrade construction site in Firebaugh, California. This project consisted of construction of a 100 million dollar pistachio processing plant for Paramount Farms, Inc. I was directly responsible for ensuring the safety of the entire site as well as responsible for timely completion of 42 silos.

OVERALL SCOPE OF WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the construction of three carbon steel oil water separation tanks, at the Belridge Oil Lease, Aera Energy. I was an independent consultant and was responsible for the onsite safety as well as conduct Behavior Based Safety audits, attend daily safety briefings and construction management meetings. Aera Energy is very aggressive safety wise and all safety professionals on this site worked as a team. At the time of my contract completion the site was 435,000 man hours safe.

OVERALL SCOPE OF WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct safety audits at various water and winery tank construction sites, underground civil construction and coating operations, and concrete construction. Geographical area covered from the Grapevine north to Sparks, Nevada and areas in between. Included in my territory are two fabrication shops, fabricating stainless steel winery tanks and forming steel sheeting for carbon steel water storage tanks. On site Safety Specialist. Responsible for the safety of the SFI crew fabricating a stainless steel tank at Lilly Pharmaceutical’s PR 05 Plant, Carolina, Puerto Rico.
