As a tier one JIT automotive parts supplier, directed the creation of the monthly forecast to correctly signal long lead-time raw materials and short term capacity plans for machine loading in three plants. Verified the accuracy of the bi-annual 5 year sales plan which developed the plants machine capital plan.
Created a planning BOM process based on car model to improve the accuracy of the Sales Plan.
Developed a statistical model based on past model sales, part location and seasonality to predict current and past model service requirements.
Created bi-annual five year manpower, capacity and facility plans.

Directed schedulers to create daily production plans and monitor Kanban process to signal demand through manufacturing.
Oversaw the layout and implementation of a 75,000 sq. ft. warehouse to support production.
