Boiler MACT Combined Upgrade: Managed general and subcontractors for Georgia-Pacific.
Upgrades consists of replacing five existing screw feeder drives and motors. Installed all new actuators on existing dampers that were reused. Installed all new Rosemount transmitters. Repaired the existing scrubber. Installed new Venturi actuator and all new control instruments. Constructed a new ash drying pad and relocated the existing scrubber water feed pumps. Installed two new PLC panels and converted existing control room to HMI room with new operator consoles and finishes. Provided technical start up and commissioning assistance.

Superintendent Arkansas River Power Authority (ARPA) 35 Mega-Watt (coal burner) Power Plant w/ BOP Project Overseen construction and installations from grassroots to start up of all plant components, structures, equipment, and piping. Required boiler and bag house assembly, stress free turbine set, and aligned. NDE subcontract management for chrome steam piping, and BOP tie - ins. Organized and managed high volume of change orders to obtain client satisfaction.
KROSCHELL INC. Peoria, IL 2006 - 2007
General Superintendent Caterpillar Steam to Gas Conversion Project Overseen all mechanical and electrical from demo to start up. Isolated and demoed steam furnaces and piping to replace with new natural gas header and branch lines which would feed reconditioned heating / ventilating units .Required replacement of duct work, dampers, motors, shafts, bearings, expansion joints, and control panels.
STARCON INTERNATIONAL Convent, LA 2006 - 2006
General Superintendent Motiva USA Sulfur Unit Up Grade –Turnaround required multi valve reconditioning and replacement with constant NDE monitoring and documentation to avoid excessive hydro testing procedures. Performed various heat exchanger tube replacements with exotic alloys. Installed all new required piping systems for up-grade.

This was the largest civil / industrial project in the world.
