-Provided direction for the development and redesign of the corporate website serving over 600,000 customers across 10 states – a $1.2MM project successfully launched in April 2016.
-Revitalized and rebranded marketing materials in the organization. Led the strategic development of new direct mail and e-direct mail marketing campaigns that led to an increase in online intake on the contact us page of ~67% and an increase of ~15% in call volume.

Senior Segment Manager – North America 2010 - 2014
ROXUL Inc. is part of ROCKWOOL International, valued at over $2.2B USD it is the dominant leading global manufacturer of stone wool insulation. The insulation is unique in that it is made from stone and therefore naturally fire resistant and environmentally sustainable.
Managed one of the two core marketing divisions for North America with a portfolio responsibility of ~80MM, A&P spend ~2MM. Identified opportunities and developed a budget and strategic plan to execute deliverables which in turn contributed to the ~20% overall growth year over year.
Promoted twice in four years. Selected as part of the original 20 individuals globally to participate in the leadership development program for ROCKWOOL in Denmark.
Joined the Sales team in top level meetings and discussion regarding ROXUL partnership opportunities. Developed excellent relationships with the core customers and distribution channel partners helping to harmonize sales and marketing efforts between both parties.
Initiated high level meetings linking industry partners with third-party experts, bringing research into the hands of decision makers. This lead to greater understanding and acceptance of our strategic direction and helped socialize a new confidence in integrating our sales strategies.

Managed the corporate digital marketing division for ROXUL. Initiated, made decisions on all design, development and content, and delivered a dynamic, content rich and easy to navigate online resource. Managed three major NPD projects with an estimated incremental Net Sales Volume of $600K. Products target markets included: healthcare, food service, aviation, and industrial channels.
Analysed the global product pipeline from North America and Europe. Presented Business Cases to senior management for approval and subsequent launch into Australasia.
Conducted consumer market research, through an external agency, gathering insights on existing versus trial hand towel product in Australia, which resulted in a cost saving of $400K.

REVLON is one of the world’s leading cosmetics companies, valued at $1.4B USD. Called back to interview for Trade Marketing Manager Australasia role and declined to continue working with Kimberly-Clark.
Managed ~$20 Million portfolio with an A&P Spend of $3.8 Million, to include all consumer web communications and monthly eDM consumer promotions.
Designed new look and feel for the 2008 REVLON website, developed POS (Point of Sale) material, managed the Eye category’s PR campaign & magazine advertorials and product photo shoot for all REVLON categories in preparation for catalogue.
ACCO Australia Pty Ltd, Sydney NSW, Senior Product Manager 2006 – 2007
ACCO Canada, Brampton, ON, Product Manager / APM 2002 – 2006
ACCO Brands Corp, then listed on the NYSE $1.3B USD which at the time was the largest global Office Supply Company in the world.
Managed the fastest moving brand with the highest growth targets in the company and after 4 years was positioned in Australia by the global team in the US to move the growth brand out of the red and into the black. Managed P&L for 400 products with life cycles ranging from 10 months to >5 years.
–Built relationships with retailers and launched 60 new products in 1 year. Expanding the brand product range and distribution contributed to the 15.5% overall sales growth, bringing the brand 12.5% into the black.
–Managed all B2C and B2B multi-channel marketing initiatives for the brand.
–Effectively managed fast paced, short lifecycle products through various distribution channels, buying groups, and, big box retail. Negotiated for shelf space along-side top competitors in the technology category and successfully launched all new products to market.
