Heligear is the investment company that has acquired North America’s, multi-site, independent manufacturer of flight-critical aircraft gears & transmissions for commercial and military applications with annual revenues’ of $160M. Heligear acquired Northstar following a USA Chapter 11 / bankruptcy / restructuring and commenced new product allocation, equipment changes and process changes resulting in management and staff restructuring at the Milton plant - impacting me and others in the organization.

Supervisor – Precision CNC Machining Production
