Goal

To be hired for the position of Chef, where I can lead and/or build a great team. I want to increase company revenue by controlling spending on food, food waste and labor costs.

Accomplishments

I opened the Manhattan branch of the Waterfront Ale House, hiring and training the staff, putting systems in place, and developing recipes for menu items well known in New York City.

Promoted to Executive Sous Chef of United Nations Food Service then temporary Executive Chef during 2 month search for new Executive Chef

Special Skills

Competed with the Fugheddaboutit NYC barbecue team to compete in National contests and always won awards in them. Then used the recipes and techniques to make BBQ item for the restaurant.
