Vice President of Global Operations / Chief Technology Officer
Responsible for all Manufacturing Operations across the globe, including two alliance partners in Asia, to ensure timely product deliveries and ensuring quality products.
Led all new Manufacturing Process development to further streamline productivity and manufacturability of all product lines.
Led the operational efforts on a new manufacturing facility in Costa Rica and ensured quality/manufacturing processes were established.
Led a team of Project Engineers that were technical liaisons to customers and Processing Engineering teams that ensured the Company’s processes complied with industry standards.
Development and selection of Supply Chain to ensure strategic direction of the Company was maintained.
Developed and managed cross-functional Operational teams to ensure consistency in quality manufacturing services and seamless integration of products, while limiting downtime of personnel across the ecosystem.
Decision maker on all capital equipment and investments for the Company.
Provided leadership to the Engineering Manager, Director of Facilities, and Manufacturing Manager, all of which reported directly to me, as well as sixty five employees.
Provided strategic planning for new customer development, including design for manufacturability feedback.

Led ISO 9001 certification efforts for the Company.
Led a team of experts to ensure the Company’s quality requirements were met and became ISO 9001 Certified in 1995 via UL DQS.
Involved in the strategic planning for the acquisition of GMI from Microsemi in 1996, which resulted in the granting of stock options by the majority owner.
Worked directly with the Company’s Supply Chain team to develop five strategic EMS partners in Asia.
