Description: Call Tracker is a BT Business stack reporting application giving Business customers a view of call statistics. It involved in developing an online user interface through the BT Business portal that will enable NCP Business end-users to view call performance data. It Receives the NCP data from mediation systems, loading them into Usage Repository, performing MapReduce tasks for data transformations and aggregations, and presenting the data through basic reporting screens to establish the accuracy of the reporting.

Responsibilities:

Involved in creating HDL and LLD of the project

BT -CRS(Customer Reference Set)
