On an annual basis Total Compensation requires a system that will facilitate the merit process from beginning to end. They will need the system to be configurable by setting up different schedules that will include different groups of people.
The schedules and the groups of people attached to the schedules would be completely configurable by the user allowing them to apply different time frames and business rules to different groups of people for processing. They will be able to apply different merit matrices that are configurable to the different schedules.

The Reviewer Level summary report will be used to prepare a Summary report for Reviewers. The report will only analyse reviewers on one worksheet, and would not perform a roll up of various levels of Worksheet.
The Leave of Absence report will be used as an audit by Total Compensation to make sure that people who are on LOA or have had certain Disciplinary/Corrective Actions are being treated appropriately. This report will be divided into two sections, the first section will list all of those people that are on leave of absence at the time of merit and the second section will show anyone,that is on corrective action at the time of merit
The Merit Increase Extract File Process is an Application Engine batch program that will be used to generate an extract file containing the review score and the pay increase that is a result of the merit process. The output file would be an input to a MAX process, which will insert a corresponding row in the JOB table and the EMPLOYEE_REVIEW table.

PeopleSoft HR is an application for KPMG ICT. It Administers, Develops and Maintains the information of KPMG staff which is useful for KPMG HR.
Setting up KPMG Administer Workforce Business Process describes the Set up codes to use in Personnel Administration tasks and to maintain employee data. Hiring KPMG Workforce reviews the steps involved in hiring new employees. Entering Additional Worker Information describes additional information you can track for employees, including emergency contact data, prior work experience, absences and benefits. PeopleSoft HR Intergrates with other systems for DataTransfer. This Integration with other Systems will happen by means of Interfaces. There are many Inbound and Outbound Interfaces defined for this processes.
