Commissioning, maintenance activities & Technical service support of the Electrical equipment and injection molding machines.

Selection of Electrical motors, power transformers, generators, AC drives and Industrial batteries.

Active member in sales and Marketing department. DC motor application experience.

Product support throughout its life-cycle and problem solving support.

Support related activities as needed. (Application engineer)

Summer Intern at ELECTROTHERM INDIA LTD, Ahmedabad, India. (2012 summer)

Dynamic power factor correction system being developed by the Company is state of the art FPGA based fast controller which gives fast response time to correct the PF almost instantaneously.

Selection of industrial motors, Performed testing of motors, starters and pumps.

Gaining in depth knowledge about microprocessor relay and electromechanical relay.

Projects

Traffic light control system using PLC.

Learned Basics of the Ladder logic which is being used in PLC. Developed a Ladder logic for different conditions such as a particular sets of lights should be turned on and at the same time others should be switched off similar to the working function of traffic light.

Overcurrent protection of the system using PIC controller without changing its phase.

Worked on a programming on a PIC controller, Based on which the controller will sense the current which is flowing in the system. If current value is more than the pick up or set value, circuit will be tripped.

Temperature based speed control of DC MOTOR.

PIC controller was used to control the speed of the motor based on the temperature of the system. This project was implemented in a software named PIC pgm. Thus, This project was a combination of a software and hardware model.

Design a typical inverse-time-overcurrent relay (CO-8) with the given time dial and tap setting.

Power world software was used for this project. With using the different condition (system frequency, sampling rate, DC offset value) Two level and four level dial setting needed to be found out. Coding was needed to be done in MATLAB.

A Simple Induction machine model for predicting low frequency dynamics.

This project proposes a simple but very effective modification of traditional model, wherein a single-branch rotor resistance is changed as a function of speed. Comparison of different VBR models in MATLAB/Simulink.

Technical Skills

SOFTWARE: 1. MATLAB 2. Power world 3. C, C++ 4. Scilab 5. ETAP 6. Autocad

Data Management 1. Ms Excel 2. M S Word 3. Power point

Extra-Curricular Activities

Worked for Program Chair for EESA India Nirma Collegiate Club.

Organized Robotic events in TECHNO EVENT.

University cricket team player.

Marketing head at Rotract club of Nirma University during bachelors education.
